1. Booking & Payment

To confirm your booking, a deposit or full payment may be required at the time of reservation. All prices are listed in euros (€) unless stated otherwise. Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation email from us.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date may be subject to partial or full charges depending on the situation.

3. Changes to Your Booking

If you wish to modify your travel dates, we will do our best to accommodate your request depending on availability. Any price differences between dates or packages will be communicated before changes are confirmed.

4. Health & Safety

All guests must ensure they are in good physical condition suitable for surfing and yoga activities. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during activities, except where required by law. Please inform our team of any medical conditions before arrival.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain travel insurance covering medical care, trip cancellations, and personal belongings before joining our retreats or surf camps.

6. Personal Responsibility

By participating in surf, yoga, or other adventure activities, you acknowledge that these carry inherent risks. You agree to follow the guidance of our instructors and understand that participation is at your own risk.

7. Use of Content & Media

We may take photos or videos during your stay for promotional purposes. By joining our retreats, you grant us permission to use such media on our website and social platforms, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services will be handled by the competent courts of Agadir, Morocco.
